ConVault, Inc. is proud to finally unveil its customer service tools which have been in prototype and pilot program format for the past three months. The following are now available:

Web Site/Home Page -- For those clients and regulatory authorities who use the Internet, the following services are available:

  1. E-mail, which is simply a method for communicating with ConVault, Inc. similar to leaving FAX a memo, can be accessed at the address of info@convault.com. A major benefit is that customers with technical/support questions around the globe do not have to worry about time/distance differences--they can simply leave a message at the aforementioned address and ConVault, Inc. will respond within 24 hours.

  2. A home page, which is the exclusive property of ConVault, Inc., is considered an electronic brochure. It will eventually provide 18 pages of technical/marketing information to prospective purchasers and ongoing clients. The home page is based on the previous publication “The 50 most-often asked questions about aboveground fuel storage tanks”.

  3. A general section of the worldwide web (www) relating to all ASTs is accessed by browsing. A sample of browsing would include going into America On-Line, accessing the “web”, selecting a browser, typing “convault” and hitting “search”.

CD-ROM -- A computer tool which is similar to a floppy-disk with superior resolution and storage capacity will represent an electronic brochure. Specifying engineers and regulatory authorities will have access to nearly 250 different pages of ConVault, Inc. resources including a method to locate their local ConVault representatives. Manufacturing and marketing sites will be identified on the medium. You may request this by contacting your local ConVault representative or ConVault, Inc. at (800) 222-7099.

Brochure/Postcards -- New hand-out and direct-mail pieces with numerous upgrades including the new “venting by form-of-construction” UL-listing and design changes such as optional finishes and configurations are now available.

Seminar Kits -- A comprehensive seminar kit is now available to licensees/distributors and can be presented to either regulatory authorities or end-users and has been field-tested in the states of Indiana, Wisconsin, and Minnesota with tremendously-favorable results.

Production Video -- ConVault, Inc. recently continued its commitment to an internal Quality Assurance Program by completing a comprehensive 1 1/2 hour production videotape.
